[Fredslist] Need Big time Help with NYC Dept of Buildings

A client trying to open a venue in Manhattan is having big problems with
the NYC DOB.  He has a c of o but needs a place of assembly permit and
is getting a run around.
He needs someone (expediter, lawyer) who can get things done at DOB
ASAP.  Not looking for someone who maybe might be able to help, but
someone who CAN help.
