[Fredslist] Need Physical Therapist UWS

Can anyone recommend a good physical therapist who takes GHI insurance on  
the UWS?  The ones I know are on the east side and take a lot longer to get  
to, so I'd really like to streamline this process.  I need to start  ASAP 
so hope there are some good ones out there.
