[Fredslist] Career Days - Plainview Old Bethpage

Hi all -

 

The company that coordinated our school district career days is no longer in business so our own high school business teacher, Scott Lieberman, has volunteered to take it over.

 

The first Career Café is this Friday November 5th at Mattlin Middle School from 8-9:45am.  If you are interested in attending as a speaker, please email Mr. Lieberman as soon as possible at lieberman.educator at gmail.com.  He is also copied on this email.

 

Some of the specific careers he is looking for are veterinarian, pilot, environmental engineer to name a few.

 

I have been a speaker for years and it is always such a thrill to speak with students interested in what you do for a living in hope that you might have some influence on them.

 

Subsequent Career Café dates are March 17, 2011 at JFK High School and April 14, 2011 at Plainview Middle School.
