I received a contract (attached) from my lead manufacturer.  I need an
attorney that deals in these matters to review this document and translate
into (plain) English and advise how to handle.

 

Who do  you know?

 

Note, I didn't receive this until just now, even though the trail shows they
sent it to me on 5/11/10.

We were hoping to hear from you with comments on the Sales Rep Agreement.
Perhaps your silence is due to the fact that a large list of accounts was
inadvertently omitted from your list.  In the attached revised draft, I have
corrected that error.

We are hoping to finalize these agreements with all of our reps this week.
Should I expect to hear from you in the next couple of days?

Subject: Euro-Pro - SB Marketing Sales Rep Agreement

Dear Mr. Buchman:

Hello!  I am working with the sales and legal departments of Euro-Pro.  As
Neil Shah has explained to you, given your very important relationship with
the company, we are anxious to finalize an agreement that will document your
representation of our products.  Although the relationship has been
continuing for some time, it is now necessary, for legal and accounting
purposes, that we put in writing the terms of our arrangement. 

 

I have drafted the attached for your review and execution.  All of our reps
will be given a similar contracts.  Please return a signed copy to me  --
or send comments or questions to me  --  no later than close of business
Monday, May 17th.    Commission payments may be held or delayed until this
agreement is complete.

 

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
