[Fredslist] Referral for Client on School/Guidance Counselor issue

Dear Gotham:

A Client's brother in law had some issues with a guidance counselor and had to be "evaluated" and is currently admitted in a hospital after making certain "coerced" statements about the situation to the guidance counselor.  

A client needs to know what to do next. Can anyone provide some advise or comments please.
