A very good friend of mine found out last week that her son has failed his  
math course and will not graduate high school with his class.  He also has  
not gotten into the college he was hoping to start in Sept.  He has become  
hostile and negative about his schooling and she does not know what to do  
next.  So is there someone out there who can meet with her (she will pay)  
and advise her about what to do and how to get this youngster on track to his
