A quick follow-up - within half an hour of posting this inquiry, I had a
hefty amount of great suggestions, both of personal doctor recommendations
and of good ways to find the right physician.

I recently joined the Young Professionals group, and this was my very first
Fredslist.  It was just fantastic to watch to many thoughtful responses come
in!  I really look forward to returning the favors to the group as best I
can.
