Coming to the rescue once again...
Long story short, my office was destroyed by the rain and winds this weekend.
David put me in touch with RXR inc..and I was literally in my new office on Monday--1 day after the rain. We are 95% unpacked and working.
Without Dave's input and advice, this would have never happened. 

Dave is an attorney, but obviously he wears many hats and it the epitome of Gotham's mantra. What an inspiration!!!!

I owe you Dave, next cocktail party, drinks are on me :)
