As some of you have heard, I am starting on a new venture, Home Telehealth. Home telehealth or monitoring is up to date technology that monitors patient in the home for lung function, blood pressure, weight , glucose, heart rate and medication compliance. The technology has been proven to reduce emergency room visits, hospital readmissions as well as length of stay in the hospital. The saving to the health care system are substantial. 
I am requesting any contacts that the tribe members may have in the Nursing Agency, Hospital and Nursing Home administrators, Manager Care/ Insurance companies, self-insured companies, labor unions or physicians groups.
