[Fredslist] Medical Clinical Research Coordinator position

The clinical research  office of a top gastroenterology practice associated 
with Mount Sinai School of  Medicine is seeking a  full-time clinical 
research coordinator to assist in  multiple projects regarding investigational 
treatments of inflammatory bowel  disease (IBD).​ The coordinator will be 
responsible for all  aspects of clinical trial conduct, including IRB 
submissions, patient  recruitment and enrollment, case report form completion and data 
management,  communication with the FDA and pharmaceutical  trial sponsors, 
and patient monitoring. This position also requires a fair  amount of 
clerical work, including filing regulatory documents and safety  reports for all 
studies.

The applicant should have prior experience, including  substantial patient 
contact, good interpersonal skills, sensitivity,  professionalism, strong 
writing skills, and some experience with review  boards.​ A bachelor’s degree 
 is required, and at least 1 year of clinical research experience is also  
required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Medical insurance is 
included  as is profit sharing.

The job is open immediately. The applicant must be able to work 40 hours 
per week, be  able to work flexible hours, and be available for at least a 2 
year  commitment.​
