[Fredslist] Urgent Need to Orthopedic or Podiatrist

Hi all - Happy Friday!
A dear friend was in a car accident and has a closed fracture of the talus (right foot). She is getting horrible treatment at an insurance-recommended doctor. 
Does anyone have a recommendation for a foot specialist (I guess either orthopedic or podiatrist)? She lives in Mineola.
