When I sent out a note on Fred's List for help about my beloved dog, I did expect the generosity of Gothamites - but you far surpassed my expectations.
Kevin Ward of Theresas Family Cleaning, whom I never met, called me and offered good advice and heart-warming help. The fact that the word "family" is part of the name of his company must be no accident. He felt like family helping.
