I would be very interested in this information.  I would also like to
know, if anybody happens to have the answer to this, whether companies
offering health insurance to their employees may also offer insurance
to their employees' spouses in a same-sex marriage performed outside
of NY.  I would be curious to know how this applies to part-time (>20
hours per week) as well as full-time employees.
