We have a Timeshare in Newport, RI that is available for the week of Friday, July 23, 2010 through July 30, 2010.  The Unit is 2 Bedrooms and completely furnished.  It is a great resort and our unit is on the top of the building and comprises two bedrooms (one with two beds; the master with a King Bed), a living room, kitchen, dining room; balcony overlooking the Bay, covered parking, etc.   It is in a great location close to the center of the Wharves of Newport yet a small walk away so that the Unit is quiet even while Newport is busy late at night.  There are a lot of things to do, there, too, from small beaches, to the Cliff Walk to see the mansions (truly remarkable) to actually visiting and touring the Mansions.  The food is great, too.  There is a washer and dryer.  Cable TV in the Unit and the Resort is family friendly (but I don't think they allow dogs).  Also, an outdoor pool is available and an indoor one, too. The unit is available for the Week for $2200 (which is significantly discounted from the standard Rates if you were to go to the Resort and try to rent a Unit, assuming availability for this prime time weekend.
