Managing Director/Queens Theatre in the Park

 

Queens Theatre in the Park, a non-profit year-round indoor performing arts
Center with an annual budget of $3.7 million seeks full time Managing
Director with strong financial management experience to work with the Board,
Executive Director and senior staff to set Theatre's priorities within the
framework of a solid business plan that ensures the Theatre's stability and
future growth. 

 

Position requires individual with strong financial management background who
can supervise all aspects of the Theatre's financial operations in addition
to overseeing the day to day operation of the organization. The individual
would work closely with the Executive Director and the Board's Executive and
Finance Committee in preparation of institutional budgets, strategic
planning and identifying organizational priorities. 

 

The Managing Director is responsible for all aspects of the business and
financial operations. The Managing Director will supervise all business
staff. The Managing Director will participate with the Executive Director
and other staff in shaping the Theatre's programs to ensure fiscal stability
and the sound financial future of the organization as it strives to meet the
expanded needs of a growing and diverse constituency.
