Please let me know if you have a personal recommendation for an elder care lawyer.  I would like someone
for my wife and her siblings to discuss various issues relating to the care for their father, now 91, who lives in  Nassau County.  The individual lawyer needs to know estate and tax planning (he has a Will); probate proceedings in the future, and how to deal with various current issues, e.g., elderly individual, with significant funds, is being manipulated by younger woman and the potential estate is significant.  The patriarch is very ego-centric, very determined to do things his way, and yet, is having some recent communications issues.  He can be very, very difficult at times.   The siblings want advice on a variety of topics all relating to the father and his estate vis a vis the girl friend and his capacity, etc.
