My wife’s friend Pilar Sussman is looking for a room with bathroom  
plus kitchen privileges in Greenwich Village. She needs the room now  
through the end of June.

Pilar is a mime instructor employed at an acting school. She’s looking  
for a “quiet place” (get it? "mime instructor... quiet place) where  
she would have a sense of freedom without being in someone’s way!

Pilar is a mature woman and would like to rent from the same. Either  
elevator or walkup is fine. Nonsmoking. Budget is around $700 to $800
