[Fredslist] Question regarding reseller pricing and terms

Gothamites,

  A vendor wants to become an authorized reseller of our BusinessCardMastery.com training DVDs and Handbooks.

Questions:
1) What's the standard reseller discounts for products?
10% off list?  20% off?  30% off?  50% off?

2) How do you offer incentives or discounts for volume?
E.g. Someone selling 1000 units per month gets a better discount than someone selling 10 units per month.
 
3) What's an alternative to Net 30 terms?  We don't want to extend them (or anyone else) any credit.

End-users & VARS can buy directly from our ecommerce portal and we dropship to endusers.
