Fred I am looking to speak with a compensation consultant to work with our Board of Directors on executive compensation. We prefer to work with a small firm who has worked with privately held organizations and is located in the NY metropolitan avenue. To start with the nature of the work will involve executive base salary, variable compensation targets as well as LTI for senior management.
