One of our clients  needs someone with a strong Operations/Logistics/Warehouse and Customer Relations background.
In addition, they prefer someone with International experience, but open.
This position will be managing 8-10 employees
4 year degree

Compensation Level



Annual salary level of $100,000 to $120,000 + Quarterly bonus base on meeting MBO targets.


Director of Operations and Customer Service - Job description
General:

1.       Assume full responsibility to Operations including RMA, warehouse, Operational information systems and material flow.

2.       Develop, Built and manage the customer service function.

3.       Lead implementation of new ERP system, responsible to all operational information and data integrity.

4.       Mange by objectives (MBO) of the following areas - Customer satisfaction, operational data, RMA costs, Inventory status and operations budget.

5.       Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies and processes.

6.       Strive to quality and efficiency in operational activities.

7.       The role has global responsibility for DVTel Inc. and all its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:

1.       Manage employees and hand-on operation of the company's Customer Service functions - Customer Service, order entry, RMA activity.

2.       Lead and responsible for inventory management including: warehouse status, end of month inventory consumption and periodically counts for operational and accounting purposes.

3.       Lead and direct operational information system (including ERP implementation), quality assurance and control and shipping/receiving activities.

4.       Oversee items 1-3 above in all the company's affiliates.

5.       Partner with Global Support to improve RMA process, RMA availability and RMA handling in order to increase customer's satisfaction.

6.       Partner with accounting to accurately present the operational aspect of the business while striving to continue improving reports and control measures on the company's assets.

7.       Develop and manage budgeting and budget execution (including variance reports) with the focus on RMA costs, ERP implementation, shipments and staff.

8.       Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies and processes.

9.       Direct all administrative functions in the company.

10.   Reports to the CFO.



Requirements



1.       6-8 years of experience in material management, Logistics and operational activities.

2.       Strong Customer orientation including ability to trade off between customer & business needs.

3.       Experience in Implementing, operating and maintaining ERP system.

4.        Being able to lead and administrate complex Organizational changes.

5.       Self starter and team player that will fit into an entrepreneurial environment.

6.       BS or higher in engineering and/or business discipline proved experience in data base mining.
