¢ Remember - “A goal without a plan is just a wish” 

¢ Encourage a personal vision – envision what the ideal looks like

¢ Encourage creativity – challenge each other to be creative and bold and be
supportive

¢ Resist quick judgments

¢ Articulate goals clearly

¢ Discuss how goals will be achieved

¢ Decide how success will be measured
