[Fredslist] Red Light Camera ticket

  Dear Fellow Gothamimes,

        I recently received a $50 red light traffic ticket. I've heard 
that there's some sort of 30-day notice requirement that must be posted 
at the intersection in question prior to any such ticket being issued. 
Is there anybody out there who knows about this? If so, I would 
appreciate your "counsel".
