> Psychologist and Gotham member, Dr. Andrea Gould of Lucid Learning Systems, will be offering a Change and Transition Group at the Cold Spring Harbor Library --overlooking the harbor
> in beautiful Cold Spring Harbor.  The group will meet from 12:00pm - 2:00pm  on September 23 and September 30 and is open to Gotham members and their families who are going through a life/work change or transition.
> 
> The group will function as a laboratory where we will support members in processing, navigating and designing life/work transitions to minimize stress/distress and make the most of the opportunity for change.
> 
> Whether the change is predictable or sudden, subtle or profound, people who see themselves as being able to benefit from the group will be welcomed!
> 
> If you are in transition, or live/work with people who are--- this is a group that will help!
> 
> There is no cost for these sessions.  If you need lunch due to timing, you are welcome to bring your own.  Light refreshments will be served.  Due to limited seating, please RSVP to admin at lucidlearning.com as soon as possible.  We will accept reservations on a first come, first served basis.  We look forward to seeing you there.
