And, while you are looking for space for Allison's friends, I also have a
friend who is looking for office space.

My friend is a CPA who is looking for about 500 sq feet either as a sublet
(for a year or two) in an existing accounting or law firm or alone if
necessary (although he too prefers to sublet). He's looking for something in
Nassau along the Sunrise Highway corridor, preferably within walking
distance of a train station.

Hi Gotham:

Good friends are looking to sublet from another law firm (or perhaps from an
accounting firm), for 1or 2 years. They are looking for   2-3 windowed
offices for their corporate/commercial litigation law practice.  Their ideal
geographic area would span from Rte.110 to the West and Hauppauge/Smithtown
to the East – including all points in between.  They’d be willing to discuss
possibilities beyond those areas, too.
