Hello Gotham,

My client, a Long Island based manufacturer of material handling equipment,
with plants in PA, TX and China, needs to fill three positions:
-vice president of operations based on LI
-business development manager, must be born and raised in China,
 obtained Masters degree in US, travel to China
-business development manager, must be born and raised in Mexico/Latin America,
 obtained Masters degree in US, travel to Mexico

He would prefer to deal with one firm, but if two is necessary that's OK

He is not interested in having individual job hunters apply.

He is not willing to pay Heidrick & Struggles type fees.
