Hi Gotham,

I need a recommendation for a good labor lawyer to represent an employee who was terminated after being granted FMLA.  FMLA granted effective August 1, 2010.  Terminated August 3, 2010.  Employee has separation agreement she did not sign and needs legal guidance.  Employee is making appointments pre-op for major surgery.  Company is located in Philadelphia.  Place of business is Manhattan.  Employee is resident of Bronx (Riverdale).

Would like someone to take this case on contingency as monies are tied up in medical care.
