[Fredslist] help with pet malpractice? AMC was a horror

My pet died at AMC but conditions were bad - they didn't let him visit me before his death even though I was there, 2 different versions of last moments (or longer) and a bill for euthanasia which I never gave permission for. Advice or help? I am desolate about this. They have put me through misery and I don't know what actually occurred with my pet.
