I am forwarding a request from a young professional, Marissa Maren, who is looking to talk to a lawyer about non-profit work.  She is in the process of starting an organization and needs to file as a 501(c)3 before going any further.  Are there any lawyers (or people involved in non-profits) that would be willing to donate their time to help or advise with this?
