Helen Phillips was my daughter's tutor and is a college professor. She and
her husband are in need of interim housing until her closing. I know her
former landlord and she's a great tenant. If anyone knows of a short term
sublet, please contact Helen directly at helen.phillips at gmail.com
Dear Friends,
We're stuck in the middle of some serious New York housing woes. We were
supposed to close on an apartment in Brooklyn in July but the closing
keeps
getting postponed, with no closing date in sight. If any of you are going
to be out of town for an extended period anytime soon, or know anyone who
is, or if you hear of any short-term rentals/house-sitting gigs, please
do
keep us in mind. We are quite desperate for a place to stay while this
situation (hopefully) resolves itself. Any help would be much
appreciated!
Best to all,
Helen & Adam
