[Fredslist] Looking for Psychiatrist

I am looking for a psychiatrist who specializes in or has expertise in
post-traumatic stress disorders for citizens during  war. A recognized
authority would even be better. This is for client of mine and for an
immigration case we are working on. Thanks.
