[Fredslist] Looking for 3 private offices in midtown (north and east)

We are in the market for 3 (or 4) private offices with access to a
conference room in the midtown area.  Midtown to us means between 40th
and 57th Street from 3rd Ave to 6th Aves - we look at every location as
it's radius from Grand Central Terminal.  As you may know, we are a 29
year old life insurance consulting and brokerage firm and looking for a
suitable environment.   Law firms, accounting firms, hedge funds, etc.
are all obvious candidates, but we are open to suggestions.
