We have 4 desks available: 3 are $450 each (Desk #1 in photo) and 1 larger
desk (#2) is $675. It's a great space for a small company of
2-3 people or individuals running their own small business that could
benefit from having a great address, a place for meetings - and a nice
environment to work in.

We're in a rooftop penthouse on Fifth Avenue and 38th Street. It's an open
workspace with skylights, high ceilings, large windows, and lots of light.
There's a separate conference room (with a sliding door) which is accessible
for meetings. The space also has a library/lounge room, a kitchenette (with
a refrigerator and microwave), and a small bathroom. The current occupants
are mostly creative types - graphic design, printing, photography, and
architecture.

Walking distance from Grand Central and Penn Station - near all subways
lines.
