The fractional memberships went in minutes.

However, even full boat non-resident individual membership at $450/year is a
pretty good deal, especially compared to the university/private clubs.

For those who asked, the Terrace Club has ended the option to split
corporate memberships going forward. My group has a special exemption due to
a death, but we'll have to convert to individual and full corporate
memberships next year.
