Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

 

We are looking to add energized new team members to help take our company to
the next level.  As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will
spend a good part of your day on the phone speaking to our existing
customers, prospective customers and technicians in the field. Please have a
positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a willingness to help as we
pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers. 

 

In this position, you will resolve customer service issues/questions in a
timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction and increase
retention.  Additionally, you will spend a good part of your day scheduling
service calls, reviewing and optimizing routes and dispatching work to
drivers.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-          A minimum of two years office/customer service experience is
required, dispatch experience is preferred

-          Responsible for customer retention

-          Dispatch work to technicians in field 

-          Assist in calling customers to confirm scheduled service

-          Review and optimize routes 

-          Report cancelled services to management

-          Maintain customer database

-          Provide timely answers/solutions to customer inquiries and
problems

-          Communicate with other departments/staff members to maintain
route efficiency and a high level of customer service

-          Communicate with drivers in field

-          Update schedules

-          Maintain handheld technology 

 

Our compensation package is extremely competitive.
