[Fredslist] techie needed for home info/entertainment system

A client uses a sling box to access various things from his TV through
his PC, regardless of where he is.  He recently needed to have service
from the cable company and they managed to muck up his entire set up.
He is now looking for some assistance from someone experienced with
these things.  He's in Manhatan... Any recommendations?
