[Fredslist] Strategic Alliance Compensation Guidance

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had direct experience
formulating successful compensation arrangements for creating strategic
alliances. And would hope such an individual would be willing to share
specific parameters. I am in the position to put together companies in an
industry that will be mutually advantageous and need to configure my role,
compensation, etc.
