[Fredslist] ACCOUNTING ADVICE - desperate!!

Hi,
I am urgently in need of accounting advice or a good accountant. I 
have a notice from NY State, my accountant is not responding to me in 
a timely manner and I am getting desperate. Help!! They want response 
oct 19.
