[Fredslist] Do you know a good construction company?

Recently we purchased a new co-op on Beekman Place in Manhattan and are now
looking for an honest, reliable, and experienced construction company to bid
on the  job..  This means that they must hold all the necessary licenses and
insurance plus have broad experience in every facet of home renovation, from
top to bottom and bottom to top.

If any Gotham friends can recommend such a team, I¹d be very grateful.
