[Fredslist] Real Estate Broker help needed ASAP

My daughter  Sarah Borderud is about to sign a rental apartment lease in NYC
with Nora Peer with Magnum Real Estate Services for a yearly rental that I
am guaranteeing. The broker's fee is $12% per year. Does anyone know this
company and if so can you possibly get them to lower the broker fee? My
daughter is there now so I would appreciate any help if you have a
connection there. Thanks for your Gotham magic.
