roundtable discussion of the New York Law Firm Managing Partners' Group
on Thursday May 14, 2009 from 8:15 AM - 10:15 AM at the Association of
the Bar of the City of New York, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

     

The topic for discussion for this quarterly meeting will be "Law Firm
Capital Requirements - Alternative Financing & Improving Cash Flow."
Points to be discussed include the different types of capital and
requirements for partners, determining the right amount of capital and
where it comes from, budgets, and borrowing from the bank.

 

Designed for transitional and non-transitional attorneys, there is no
fee for this meeting, which is open only to law firm managing partners
and their representatives.  Meeting attendees will receive 2 CLE credits
