[Fredslist] townhouse to condo conversion

Does anyone know how much it may cost to convert a two-family Brooklyn
townhouse to two condos?  We are looking to purchase with another family and
want to establish two mortgages and two separately-owned spaces.  How
lengthy of a process is this?
