Dear all,

I apologize for the informality of this request, but I need your
assistance. I am very new to Gotham and would appreciate it if you
would help me with 5 minutes of your time.

A few years back, I had the honor of winning the Long Island Business
News 40 Under 40 Award. This year they are going to recognize the top
10 of all time. With your support I can do it again. Please vote no
later than May 11, 2009. Here is the link to cast your vote:

They are looking for candidates who have continued to be leaders in both
business and the community. Here are a few things that I have done
since being recognized and should help you cast your vote:

1) My firm which is now 4 1/2 years old has moved to it's own 2000
square foot office space.

2) We continue to educate our clients, build and track their financial
lives' even in these trying times.

3) The business is continuing to grow in large part due to client
referrals and my connections within the Long Island Community.

4) I served 3 years as the inaugural Chair of the Long Island Chapter of
the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). During my tenure
I helped double the size of the Board by bringing excellent people such
as the current Chair Ellen Birch, who was also awarded this honor in
2006. An important note, by meeting in the 40 Under 40 class is how
Ellen became involved in AFSP.

5) Since 2006, I have helped raise over $150,000 for the Keith Milano
Memorial Fund at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Keith
is my wife's brother and I became passionate about raising funds to
prevent suicide and raise awareness after he died by suicide.

6) I have been featured yearly in the Newsday, Ask The Expert Column.

7) LIBN has written several articles from "Prevention Group Helps Shelve
Suicide Commercials" in February of 2007 to "Raising Funds to Stop
Suicide" in September 2008.

8) I am currently working on the 5th Annual Keith Milano Memorial Golf
Outing for September which we expect to raise over $70,000.

9) I was appointed to the Development Committee of the National
Organization of AFSP.

10) I had another son, Jeremy in 2006, just after receiving the award.

11) I am currently a member of Gotham Suffolk.

Thank you for taking the time. Please let me know if there is any way I
can assist you.

Regards,
