[Fredslist] Retail Therapy Shopping Event to Support Bottomless Closet

Dear Gotham Friends:
As a volunteer for Bottomless Closet, I wanted to make you aware of a great
fundraising event taking place April 3-5.  This is a retail shopping event
featuring merchandise by Tory Burch, M Missioni, and others.  There is no
charge for admission other than a donation of a new or gently worn accessory
item.  Please see attached invitation for more information.

The mission of Bottomless Closet is to promote economic self-sufficiency by
providing interview skills, business clothing, and ongoing career
development and support programs to economically disadvantaged New York City
women. By enhancing their self-confidence and self-esteem, Bottomless Closet
enables them to enter and succeed in the workforce and transform the vision
for their lives.

Mission & Purpose
.  Founded in 1999, promotes self-sufficiency among economically
disadvantaged women in New York City.
.  Offers career, financial and personal development workshops.
.  Supports more than 1,000 women a year.
.  Partners with over 70 referral organizations that provide
 work-readiness and skills building training to clients.
.  Bottomless Closet is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization.
