[Fredslist] Need info on Billing Systems

Gothamites,

  I am in need of a billing/invoicing system that does the following:

1) Tracks retainers - e.g. ClientA bought 100 hours.  Keep track of work done / hours used by that client.

2) Track fixed-fee projects - ClientB buys a fixed-fee project.  Track time & resources on that project.

3) Track/invoice hourly clients.

Ideas and Suggestions welcome.
