[Fredslist] Wedding location needed

Gotham,

A young couple I know are seeking a country setting for their wedding. Here
are the details. 
We need some Gotham magic. They will have personal friends who cater provide
the food. 
Can anyone make a recommendation?
 

Jim and I are looking for a location for our wedding, and here are some
essentials:

€  no more than 2 hours out of the city
€  meadows/gardens/trees/farm-like/expanse of land
€  accommodates up to 120 people, including reception
€  lodging for 14 people
€  kitchen to prep/heat food and clean-up
€  short drive to additional lodging (hotels, b+b, etc.)
€  near public transportation or has parking facility
€  rustic, individual style (no country club vibe, etc.)

We're on a tight budget as artists, and hoping to have the wedding in
the first week or so of October.
