[Fredslist] single background check

Hi,

 

This is the first time that I have need this request, but it is for a small
group of mostly women and two men who may have been defrauded in the health
care world that I am friends with.

 

I need a single background check. specifically criminal. on one particular
person who appears to have hurt these people not only in loss of funds but
placing their

credibility in jeopardy.  We need to bring it to a national organization as
part of opening a investigation based upon there collective complaints.

 

This twisted person has residencies in 3 states we suspect of criminal
offenses.  How can I get the background without paying substantial funds

to obtain it? Is there an online site? A flat rate to go through a Gotham
member? Payroll service? Etc.
