[Fredslist] architect estimate for brooklyn co-op

Hi all,
I'm thinking of purchasing a north Park Slope co-op that will pretty much
need a gut renovation.  Any referrals for architects who can do a
walk-through and estimate some costs?  And what does the walk-through
normally cost?

The apartment is 1100 ft^2.  We're hoping to walk through next weekend.
