[Fredslist] SEARCHING FOR: CITIZEN OF ANGOLA

Dear Gothamites,

 

A friend of mine whose goal is to have visited every country in the
world - and he's getting close -  heads for southern Africa on July
11th. 



However, he cannot obtain a visa to visit Angola unless and until he
gets a letter from a citizen of Angola - who need not be resident there
- inviting him to visit the country.

 

Does any Gothamite have a colleague or friend who fits this description?
