We have a client mandate whereby we have been selected to look for
options of an apartment for sale in the area of the Empire State
Building, Midtown South Location ONLY and "A" property types only.   The
client is seeking higher end type of finishes, good views, full service
property and amenities in size ranging from 1,000-1,300 sf.  The client
is a foreign buyer.  Photos are a must with apartment and property
details to be included.
