Creditors' Rights and/or Bankruptcy experience required including representation of secured/asset based lenders, equipment lessors and/or debtors.  Active involvement in bankruptcy litigation, DIP financing, asset sales, discovery, pleadings, pre-trial motion practice and court appearances required.
